Train the Trainer - Case Study
When the General Hotel Alliance (GHA) launched their new loyalty programme - GHA Discovery, this was their first significant campaign as a united organisation to raise their profile and increase business. They needed to deliver their message about how to sign up customers, to all the hotels across the 12 member groups.
Claviga custom designed and delivered the GHA Discovery Train the Trainer programme, to 200 Hotel Champions in 13 locations, so they could then train their hotel based teams in 270 hotels worldwide.
The GHA Discovery loyalty programme was and is a resounding success, and now boasts some 2 million members around the globe.
