E-Survey Analysis - Case Study

The Manufacturing Technical Services Division of a multinational company wanted to understand how the teams working in the department felt they were performing in terms of local and global management of the division. Finding a way to do this was complicated by the fact that the functions were not based in one location, or country, and each acted as a separate centre of expertise giving technical advice to manufacturing divisions.

Claviga worked with them to design a survey on a web-based platform that the company could send to employees of the division. We collated the results and provided the company with a detailed analysis along with observations, conclusions and recommendations.

As a result, the client invited Claviga to design and facilitate workshops that focussed on the areas identified for improvement.

Following the workshops, the company reported an increase in performance management skills as well as improved local and global communication. A follow up survey is planned to quantify the levels of change within the organisation from the employees' point of view.
